• Equipment Precautions

When the temperature is lower than 0°C during the day and night, the following sequence should be followed for equipment start-up and operation: after turning on the power supply for 5 minutes, start the preheating of each mechanism or execute the preheating program for more than 5 minutes, so that the various parts of the equipment can be fully preheated before carrying out the regular operation.

Keep the temperature of the environment where the equipment is used above 5°C to avoid low temperature causing alarms or abnormal startup of components such as PLC, touch screen, all-in-one machine, industrial control machine, and so on.

Strictly control the moisture into the equipment, to ensure that the gas source drying, filtration system normal operation, to reduce the moisture into the equipment air circuit system, regular drainage treatment of the filter and tank drain valve, to avoid low temperature icing caused by cylinders, solenoid valves and other work abnormality (slow action or jamming).

• Treatment Measures

1.Vacuum pump: First of all, use the heat source to melt the impeller partially (with a tool to gently flick the motor blade can be easily rotated) and then on the motor. If the motor turns without suction, check whether there are still icing problems in the circulating water circuit at the air inlet and exhaust port and do the heating treatment.

2.Gas path: In case of leakage at the aerated oil-water separator, please disconnect the gas source with a hair dryer at a distance of about 20 centimeters from the cup to do the heating process, about 3 to 5 minutes and then aerated test.

3.Tool changing spindle: After completing the work on duty, it is recommended to remove the tool. If the tool cannot be removed or installed, it should be removed. It is recommended to use an electric blanket or a tool without direct concentrated heat to heat the spindle if it cannot be removed. If installation is not possible, it is recommended to use a hair dryer to heat the axis (tool installation position).
